· Overview of the VEX Cortex control system (new to BEST this year)
· Overview of the easyC software package (used to program the VEX Cortex)
· Coaches Survival Guide (season walk-though for robot design process, construction and competition)
·  Tools, Tips and Materials (recommended tools, fabrication tips, kit materials)
·  BEST Award Overview (discussion of what the judges are looking for)
